Milly has been my constant companion for 11 years
even walking from room to room she followed me.

I'd take her to work with me everyday,
she had such a huge fan club.

She was totally adorable and impossible to ignore
even the coldest hearts thawed
with her persistence at wanting a belly rub,
she had a way of just appearing under my clients hands
and they wouldn't even realise they were fussing her!

She had so many funny ways and gave so much love.
Life without her right now seems very empty.

She died very suddenly after a short illness
whist being treated in the vets,
I am just so thankful for the privilege of knowing Milly
and having her in my life for the past 11 years
since she was 6 weeks old.

I'm also thankful that I spent time with her
every day for the 2 days she was in the vets.

She was a true friend and so many people will miss her
but especially me my constant trustworthy companion.
